Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. 

Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. This course also teaches adult CPR and AED use.

This class is for the for Daycare Providers, Teachers, Nanny and Babysitters, Counslers,  Safety Manager, Gyms, Personal Coaches and Personal Trainers, Office Staff , Schools, Construction Workers, Electrical Contractors, Security Guards, Flight Attendants, Students, Volunteers, Parents,  Police Officer and Law Enforcement,  Hotels , Restaurants,  Servers,  Coaches Boy Scouts Girl Scouts Students Manufacturing Faculty.

Note:

First Aid, CPR/AED Certification Mandated for Teacher Licensure and Renewal every Two years

Virginia Department of Education - (VDOE) requires all those seeking initial teacher licensure and license renewals and provisional teaching licenses to have documentation of certification or training in emergency first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs).

As of July 1, 2013 All Virginia teachers must have a current First Aid CPR/AED Certification and other states also have same requirements

According to the new law, the training shall be based on the current national evidence-based emergency cardiovascular care for CPR and the use of AEDs, such as a program developed by the American Heart Association. 

If you have a group of Six or more we can come to you and provide Onsite Training at your School or Center we do offer group discounts.
